Why work with Nina?

For over 20 years, Nina wore many colorful hats while developing legacy plans and business strategies for artists at renowned artists' estates, art galleries, non-profit art centers, and museums, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Morgan Library & Museum, and Whitney Museum of American Art.

Her mission to deconstruct the cultural myth and mindset of "starving" artists is personal and professional. She was discouraged from pursuing a career in the arts growing up and frustrated with the archaic approach and systems to expand her career as an arts professional in the art world. After taking a brief detour from the art world, Nina worked in the tech, design, beauty, and luxury industries. She saw the endless possibilities for artists to expand their careers when she integrated entrepreneurial principles into the fine art industry.

In addition, her clients value Nina for her clarity, advice, and trusted network. With over 20 years in the art world and luxury industries, She has

  • Revitalized the legacy of an artist who fell off the art world radar after 30 years. After implementing strategies and technology, the artist gained more recognition and visibility in the art world than during his lifetime. Nina created an extensive archive, prepared catalogue raisonné, and launched an artist's website; the artist gained representation in a gallery in NYC and Europe. His work was featured in numerous museum exhibitions across the U.S.

  • Guided a family of an artist who established a foundation from the ground up to preserve the legacy of their parent artists and create generational wealth. As a result, the family built an archive in a university, established a scholarship fund, and published a scholarly catalogue by building a comprehensive artist website that led to numerous exhibitions and gained recognition from renowned art historians.

  • Advised artists to incorporate Web3 strategies into their traditional art practice while contributing to a positive social impact for the Mintery Accelerator program. She also connected the Cohorts with experts from the art world, which led to a fruitful collaboration with well-known artists and leaders in the art world.
